In the heart of Strijp-T, building TX is being transformed into a multi-tenant business complex for the innovative industry. Industrial halls and offices located in the linear building are divided into three main sections (TX1, TX2, and TX3), each occupied by different tenants from the innovative Brainport industry. Bosch will be the tenant of TX1 with a total surface area of 15,000 m² of workspaces and labs.

In the project for Bosch, the focus of the interior design was on emphasizing common features and creating a unified identity. By translating the program of requirements and wishes into smart spatial solutions, we have designed a space that not only meets current needs but also adapts to future challenges such as occupancy rates, digitalization, and attracting new talent. Logic and order in an inspiring work environment ensure that users can present well and feel at home in their workplace.

The interior design of TX1 is inspired by its industrial heritage while simultaneously meeting the requirements of a modern office. The double height of the hall offered the opportunity to create a “building within a building,” which accommodates laboratories and meeting rooms. This internal structure—the "Green Machine"—is an ode to the machines that once stood here. Smaller offices are located around the Green Machine, oriented towards the central core, creating a sense of connection. The remaining office spaces are located in the tower, where a clear yet playful layout ensures dynamism in the circulation and common areas. With this design, TX1 unites innovation, heritage, and flexibility, thus offering an inspiring and future-proof working environment.
